Due to increased shipping volumes and carrier delays, you may see a slight delay regarding the shipment of your order. We are working diligently to process your order as quicly as possible. We will email you a tracking number as soon as it is available. The trackign number will update as soon as the shipment begins to move.

Order Returns for Canada
Our standard return policy is 30 days from time of purchase for all orders. Items have to be in NEW and UNUSED condition with the original TAGS attached.
You can return unwanted items free of charge. * Large items are excluded from free returns shipment. Additional freight and restocking charges will apply for returns and will be deducted from the refund amount. Please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@porsche-design.com to request a return label to be emailed to you. Please provide your order number when emailing us.
We will send you a new return label per e-mail as soon as possible so that you can return your unwanted items to us.
* Large items including but not limited to E-Bikes, Soundbar Pro, Porsche Jump, Gaming Chair are not eligible for FREE Ground Shipping & FREE Returns or FREE Express Shipping. Additional Freight charges will apply for shipping and returns. Express shipping is not available for above mentioned Large items.

With its modern design, the Porsche Turbo ski helmet from the exclusive PORSCHE HEAD Collection redefines both comfort and fit: the patented sphere fit system, combined with the Fidlock buckle, ensures a perfect fit. This unique adjustment system encloses the wearer's entire head and adjusts in all three dimensions when adjusting the size. This unprecedented level of comfort ensures a secure helmet fit while also improving the safety of the helmet. The integrated MIPS system redirects rotational forces in the event of a fall, providing additional safety. The sporty Porsche design completes the overall look and makes the Porsche Turbo helmet an indispensable companion on the slopes.

Delivery zone: Services offered by the Porsche Design Online Shop shall be provided to customers whose delivery and invoice addresses lie within the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Great Britain, France, Spain [except the Canary Islands], Italy, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia and Greece. No deliveries shall be made outside this zone.
Delivery costs: We offer free standard shipping for all orders to any destination within Europe. Our express shipping within Germany is €12; outside of Germany €25 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. Express shipping to Great Britain is not available.
Shipping time: We process your orders on the same day, delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days. The delivery time may vary for orders from outside Germany. In rare cases – during the Christmas season, for example – your order can take up to 7 business days to arrive. These delays are due to the high volume of packages handled by the carrier. We deliver as usual. Depending on the region, delivery times may be extended temporarily. Since all our orders are shipped from our distribution center in Germany, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time for orders to Great Britain.
