Shipping

Standard shipping with DHL within Switzerland is free of charge. Our express shipping costs CHF 27 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. We take care of customs clearance and customs duties for you.

We process your orders on a daily basis; dispatch and delivery can take 3-6 working days for standard shipping. With express shipping, you will receive your order within 1-2 working days due to the customs declaration.

Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Please ensure that the goods are unused and undamaged. It is also important that the goods and product labelling are still attached to the items or that the items are returned in their entirety. For a free return, please only use the enclosed return label with the pre-paid and addressed return label. If you need a new return label, please contact our customer service at shop@porsche-design.de

Vouchers & Discounts

Enter your voucher code in the step "Check Order" during the check-out process. Please check the exact conditions on the respective voucher. When ordering online, only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.

Reduced products as well as Porsche Design Timepieces, Porsche eBikes and limited products are excluded from any discounts.
