Shipping

We offer standard shipping for £12.99 to any destination within Great Britain. Standard shipping is free of charge for orders over £100. Our express shipping costs £23 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. We take care of customs clearance and customs duties for you.

The delivery time for standard shipping can take 2-3 working days. The delivery time may vary for orders shipped outside of Germany.

In the case of express delivery, the order will be delivered within 48 hours on working days. Saturday delivery is not possible.

Please note that due to an increased order volume, there may be slight delays in the delivery of your orders. 

Returns

For orders placed between 21 November and 24 December 2023, you have an extended right of return until 31 January 2024. For orders placed after 25 December 2023, our usual 30-day right of return applies again. For a free return, please only use the enclosed return label with the pre-paid and addressed return label. If you need a new return label, please contact our customer service at shop@porsche-design.com.
